If the shipping takes longer than our usual timeline, we will email our customers about the shipping delay. Medium and Large aquarium systems will use LTL Freight shipping which requires longer processing time, typically 7-10 business days. *Some larger and heavier products may require additional packaging and shipping fee depends on your location. Backordered aquarium systems, equipment and accessories typically ship within six weeks from the date the order was placed. Unfortunately this first tank had some shipping damage, but they sent me a new one that was perfect. I am very impressed with the quality and I love the way the filtration. Was designed. I got all My fish transferred from my old tank and everything looks great.

The quality control is horrible. The glass piece and the acrylic piece do not line up. The fitting from the return pump is supposed to seat into the acrylic hole so you can thread the loc-line onto the fitting. The locLine piece that came with the unit barely fits through both pieces but it is not long enough to thread the other fitting onto it. I have no contact number to reach anyone at and when I contacted customer service on email I explained the situation and so another piece was sent out but it is the same length. With the holes not lining up it is not possible to thread the two pieces together. It needs to be at least 3/8” longer. If the pieces were mated up correctly this would not be an issue.
Very happy with the tank so far, only comment I had was that I asked customer service a question about the pump and never received an answer. other than that im very happy.

So heres my honest review. I bought the Fiji 32 Aio, and Fiji lid. I built my own stand. TANK: I would give the tank itself 4/5 stars. Its a solid well built tank with a nice aio area. The tank looks like its bigger than it is. LID: $130. The lid looks like it could have been made for 10 bucks. The problem is...where else do you get one. There making a killin on these. NOT worth it. 1/5 stars. They could also ditch the filter socks as i will never use filter socks in my aquariums. The media insert is great. Pump and controller are strong. Also the rear chambers tinted. i bought a laser ATO which wont work on this tank

Like the dimensions of the 32G AIO and its AIO filtration design. Got this AIO from the July4 sale. Tank arrived pretty quick. The AIO filtration is designed well. Able to put the skimmer and a nano reactor inside the AIO. The dimension is nice as I have small footprint to put this tank. It is running now, transferred my 20G livestock to this tank. Will upgrade to Fiji large tanks when I am ready.
Beautiful craftsmanship Very happy with the build quality and appearance. For a small tank the rear sump space is impressive. I’m disappointed that no lid is available for my particular model so I may have to search elsewhere for someone who makes them.

Great tank The tank was in excellent condition, functionally and cosmetically, upon delivery - no scratches, chips, or leaks. Instructions were clear and concise, making setup easy. The included return pump is quiet, it’s only audible if the room is silent. My only issue with this system is that I can’t find a felt filter sock. They've been out of stock for the month that I’ve had the tank. I reached out to customer support about this, but didn’t get a reply.
