Thanks for considering Fiji Cube products. We do not ship same day and express. We usually ship out products in 3-5 business days for ground (UPS, Fedex or USPS). If the shipping takes longer than our usual timeline, we will email our customers about the shipping delay. Medium and Large aquarium systems will use LTL Freight shipping which requires longer processing time, typically 7-10 business days.

*Some larger and heavier products may require additional packaging and shipping fee depends on your location. As our products are mostly fragile, we may add additional layer of protection in the packaging, thus it may increase the size of the packaging and cost additional shipping fee. Customers will be notified via email if additional shipping fees are required to fulfill the order(s).

Delivery Estimates

Due to the nature of our specially crafted aquarium systems and growing demand, our stock status is always changing. While we strive to have each item in-stock and available to ship within 3-10 business days, this does vary based on availability, freight delays and other factors outside of our control.

In-stock aquarium systems, equipment and accessories typically ship in 7-10 business days from the date the order was placed.

Backordered aquarium systems, equipment and accessories typically ship within six weeks from the date the order was placed.

If your order is not in-stock and shipping within 7-10 business days our customer service team will reach out to you with an expected shipping date within three business days.

We are receiving new stock monthly and will ship your order in the fastest available timeframe. If you would like to inquire about a more specific shipping window, feel free to email us at info@fijicube.com. 

Change of Shipping Address

Fee will be incurred on customer if customer requests a change of address after shipment has been picked up by shipping carrier(s). The fee is to pay the shipping carrier to provide service of change of address.

Please adhere to the following instructions upon receiving your Fiji Cube shipment:

  • CHECK FOR DAMAGES:  Large aquariums will ship via freight. Once the freight carrier arrives, you MUST inspect and note all damage to the shipment (including the pallet, crate, boxes and items) on the delivery paperwork prior to the driver leaving your home/business. Do not sign for the shipment until you have thoroughly inspected for damages. Without proper notation that the shipment arrived damaged, the freight carrier will not take responsibility for the damages caused to your shipment. This could result in denial of your Damage Claim and leave you liable for replacement costs.
  • REFUSAL OF DELIVERY: We advise to accept all deliveries.Even if there is visible damage to the pallet, crate or boxes – accept the delivery and note all damages on the delivery paperwork. Once you have fully inspected the items and assessed actual damages, please submit a Claim Form. This is the fastest and most way for us to address shipping damages and get replacement parts sent out to you. Refusal of delivery will result in you being charged for the cost of the shipment being returned to us.
  • REDELIVERY & DELAYS: Fiji Cube is not the freight carrier. We contract directly with the freight companies. Fiji Cube is not responsible for delays in transit, delivery or missed appointments. If you miss your appointment and the freight carrier must redeliver your shipment, you will be charged a redelivery fee.

Inspection:

  1. Carefully open the crate lid and side packaging panels. Be very cautious not to scratch the display glass with the nails in the lid.
  2. Fully inspect all panels of the glass cracks, chips, or other damage while the glass tanks are still on the pallet/crate base. Failure to prove damage products on pallet/crate base will result in claim denial as we cannot determine if the product damage was caused prior to the product handling at your possession.
  3. Unbox the cabinet and hardware to ensure all panels and parts are included and in good condition.
  4. After a full inspection, you can now begin moving the tank and assembly the product(s).

NOTE: When lifting and moving your aquarium, remove all jewelry or metal that could scratch the glass. Please ensure that you have sufficient help available to move your aquarium once it arrives.

CLAIM DAMAGES: All damages and defects must be reported to our Claims Department within 24 hours of receiving your shipment or your claim will be denied. To submit a claim, please send an email to info@fijicube.com. Fiji Cube will NOT honor damage or defective claims once the product has been assembled and the aquarium has been taken off the original shipping pallet base.

I bought these hoping to replace some other filter socks that I purchased elsewhere, that are lasting less than 24hrs before needing changed. Unfortunately these are doing the same thing. Out of the package I rinsed it with RODI and put it in my aquarium late afternoon/early evening. When I got up the next morning the filter sock was plugged and water was backed up over the top of the sock holder, but the sock itself was still white and looked unused. I guess I'll have to figure out some other type of filter solution.

Great filter socks I use them in my All in One Drop in that’s on a 40 gallon breeder. 200 microns so it’s gonna filter well. They last around about 3 days then I switch them out I have around 20 of them total so I don’t run out of them. Does very well with machine washing them. I’ve have some for awhile also and they are holding up extremely well. I can’t complain at all they are great I highly recommend.

Felt filter sock Overall I’m very satisfied with the product. The felt material is definitely better than the nylon! Specifically, I much prefer the old square design better. It had a lot more surface area to collect debris, was easier to get in and take out of the space for it, and was easier to clean.
